Ingredients
2 15 oz cans California Cling Peach halves, strained, pat dry
1 8 oz container of cottage cheese
For the toppings
¼-½ cup honey
¼ cup toasted sliced almonds and/or crushed pistachios
Zest of a lemon (optional)
Fresh boysenberries (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon
Flake salt (optional)
Preparation
Place a large dollop of cottage cheese in the center of each of the strained peach halves.
Top each with a generous drizzle of honey. Sprinkle with nuts, place a boysenberry on top. Zest a little lemon directly over each peach. Sprinkle each with cinnamon and flake salt.
