2 English muffins, split
1 (15 oz) can California Cling Peach chunks, strained well
4-8 slices Jack cheese
On a cutting board arrange strained peach chunks evenly on English muffins.
Cover peaches with cheese slices.
Toast in a toaster oven or broiler until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes:
For an added crunch, toast English muffins before topping with cheese and peaches.
