Through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS), CCPB receives Market Access Program (MAP) funding to promote California cling peaches in international markets. Export market development efforts are concentrated on Canada and Mexico.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can of chunky California Cling Peaches

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip™, thawed, not frozen

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • ½ cup pecans (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, stir together California Cling Peaches in their juice with the pudding mix.

  2. Gently fold in Cool Whip™.

  3. Stir in marshmallows.

  4. Add cinnamon and chopped pecans (optional).

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
