Ingredients

  • 1 (29 oz) can of California Cling Peach Slices, about 3 cups, strained (reserve the juice)
  • 1 (15 oz) can of California Cling Peach Slices (for optional ice cubes)
  • 1 serrano pepper (optional)
  • 5 cups cold water, divided (1 cup for blending with the peaches and serrano pepper, 4 cups to add to the pitcher later)
  • 1 lime juiced, plus ½ lime for the rim of the glasses
  • ¼ cup agave nectar (or for less sweetness, use some of the reserved peach juice)
  • Tajín® Clásico Chile Lime Seasoning Rimmer (used for juicing citrus)

Optional:

For an extra special touch, freeze California Cling Peach chunks in ice cube trays. Simply place peach chunks in the trays, fill with reserved peach juice (or use water), and freeze. This step adds a fun and fancy twist to your drink! Prepare these the day before for best results.

Instructions

  1. Place the California Cling peaches, 1 cup of the water and the serrano pepper in a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and add the remaining 4 cups of cold water, juice of 1 lime, and either agave nectar or reserved peach juice, depending on your preferred level of sweetness.
  4. Use the Tajín rimmer (citrus reamer) to juice half of a lime, then dip the rim of your glass into the lime juice followed by the Tajín Clásico Chile Lime Seasoning.
  5. Fill the glasses with the fancy cling peach cubes, then pour the peach agua fresca mixture over. Enjoy!
